No Iovine hip hop need an I.V./all these one hit wonders turn to “Why me’S”

The name Quadir Lateef may not sound familiar to you, but his message is. Quadir is a soldier marching into the war of message-less music armed with militant bars, solid delivery, and pungent production all geared to pummel the onslaught of fuckery that is filling the airwaves. It’s Captain Kill-A-Swag!!! Seriously though, I was put on to this guy by a dear friend of mine and even though it took a while for me to post it, I believe good music is good music. I love the message in his songs along with the delivery, I mean this guy is like the difference between getting served a warrant via Court Marshal as opposed to getting a traffic ticket mailed to you courtesy of U.S. Postal.

Tell em’ Where to find the king, never on BET/ Hardly on the movie screen

THE MESSAGE HITS HOME! I would like to see this guy take a different approach as far as the beats he chooses because they kinda make you think of many of the other militant style rappers thus making it harder for him to shine alone. In contrast, overall if you listen to his lyrics you can tell the guy is unfair lyrically. Check him out in his visual coming from the Rebel Forces LP, The Quickening Arts below.

Starting with track 1 you are instantly drawn into how relevant the guy must be with a very earnest voice bite from the one and only Yasiin (Mos Def). Yeah, that’s when you know it just got real. I got good news, and I got better news. Good news is his album is right below. BETTER news is that the damn thing is FREE! Grab it now and expand your mind before Chief Keef invades your space with his brand of Trap Music for the undead! That’s that stuff I Don’t Like! Thanks Arfa. Read this, love this, spread this.
